CALLAWASSIE ISLAND REAL ESTATE SALES INCENTIVE PLAN

Home buyers wishing to relocate to one of the area’s outstandingly beautiful communities now have extra incentive … a 60% seller’s incentive on the cost of membership at the excusive Callawassie Island Club.

Callawassie Island homeowners are offering buyers this generous incentive to help offset the effects of the current nationwide recession.

The incentive plan, being promoted by Callawassie Island Property Owners Association (CIPOA), drops the initial cost of belonging to the buyer to the 27-hole Tom Fazio–designed course from $45,000 to $18,000. The incentive is offered on homes listed as featured homes.

Callawassie Island Club golf course, recently completely renovated with new greens and eco-sensitive watering system, has been hailed by players as “definitely one of the best in this area.”
