My pledge to you, my customer, is to provide the best service possible in helping you find property that suits your needs. I promise to commit to those efforts by offering you the following services:
I PLEDGE TO:

Preview properties for you from my office inventory as well as Multiple Listing Service, showing you properties that meet your expressed needs.
Provide factual information regarding real estate values in our area, property specifications, neighborhoods, amenities, Property Owner Association fees and services, Covenants and Restrictions, Taxes and Insurance, etc.
Help you locate available financing, as well as monitor the loan process.
Prepare an offer at your direction for presentation to the seller, and help bring the transaction to a successful closing.

In exchange for my commitment to you, I ask that you work exclusively through me to locate property for you. Our joint efforts should result in a minimum of time.

In a traditional real estate transaction, you understand that I am employed and compensated by the seller. The seller is my client. You are my valued customer, and will pay no compensation for these services. I am required by my Code of Ethics to treat all parties honestly in the real estate transaction.

I am, however, not obligated to discover latent defects in the property, or to advise you on matters outside of the scope of my real estate license, or to disclose facts which are confidential under the scope of agency duties owed to my client.

Should you desire, I will fully discuss with you the options available to you through Buyer's Representation.
