 Weichert, Realtors - Apex Realty is excited to announce that Carl Joye has joined the sales and management staff. Jodi Joye, Broker in Charge is Carl's sister and Sing Pappas, Top Producing Agent, is Carl's mother. Both are eager to welcome him to the family business.Apex Realty has recently joined forces with Weichert Realtors in order to expand client and customer services. Carl has been added to the staff as Sales Manager to help facilitate the Weichert Realtors transition plus expand the company's Architectural Design and Residential Construction expertise. Formerly working as Salt Creek Contractors Inc., Carl Joye has been designing and building quality custom homes in Beaufort since 1985, and has earned the reputation as one of the finest builders in the area. As a native Beaufortonian, he is very familiar with the area and has witnessed first hand the expansive growth of Beaufort County. Carl attended Clemson University, one of the finest College's of Architecture in the country, earning a B.S. in Architectural Design in 1981, and a B.S. in Construction Management in 1983. Carl is married to Sabrina Joye, also a native of Beaufort where they are raising their four year old son, Conor Joye. The family business is a natural fit for Carl because the only thing more important than building Weichert, Realtors - Apex Realty into an even stronger force in the Beaufort real estate market, is building a healthy, happy family.
